Port Elizabeth is a perfect tourist attraction as it is homage to the Garden Route, Settler Hinterland, Sunshine coast and the Cape. Port Elizabeth is a major sea port which proves popular with tourists especially along the shores of Algoa Bay. Another bonus of the city is that it is eco-friendly! In terms of area size, Port Elizabeth is the 2nd biggest city in South Africa however it ranks 5th in terms of population.

There are also many historical things to do, the main attraction being the Historic Donkin Heritage Trail. The trail allows tourists and visitors to follow in the footsteps of the 1820 settlers on the discoveries of their new world and settlement. There is also for those animal lovers out there, the opportunity to see the Shamwari Game Reserve and the Addo Elephant Park. There is just so much to do that you can’t fit it all in!
